Vickie began practicing yoga from the inspiration of Richard Hittleman’s Yoga 28 Day Practice Plan in the late 70’s and continues to enjoy the peace, focus and creativity fostered by this amazing practice. Certified by the Shambava School of Yoga, Vickie likes to combine the tools of asana, conscious breathwork, visualization and meditation to lead students into the serenity we all possess within.

YOGA FOR ADULTS
Instructor: Simone Rees
Simone’s class is based on the traditional Sivananda style of hatha yoga (incorporating breathing, relaxing, and holding each pose), and is adapted to suit each student. She encourages students to deepen their practice through listening to their bodies and connecting with their breath. Drop-ins welcome in all classes. $10 per class drop in rate.

KARATE

Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:15 pm and Thursdays 7:30 – 8:45pm.
$45 per month charge, $35 for each additional family member.
